We work with Stripe, Paypal, and Venmo for payments. Honestly, we will take anything, but there might be some transaction fees if it is esoteric.
Annual only — keeps it simple and lets us keep the overhead low. The 5-Year Lock is the best value if you're sure about staying.
Your domain and hosting renew at then-current rates. You'll always get advance notice of any pricing changes. The 5-Year Lock just means YOUR price is locked for 5 years.
No problem, we can buy as many domains as you want. Domain prices are per-domain, there are no discounts for multiple domains, registrar rules not ours. Take a look at our Managed Domain page for details
Technical
Yes. Transfer it in and I'll manage everything going forward. Most transfers take 1-5 days.
Yes, absolutely. Your domain is yours — we can provide a transfer auth code at anytime. No hostage situations here.
Yes, WordPress is included if you need it! We can set it up and handle the hosting, but WordPress content and updates are your responsibility.
Yes, we build sites and landing pages. We also install and manage Wordpress. Just reach out and we can discuss your need!
Scope & Boundaries
No. All members receive identical priority support regardless of payment plan. Annual members aren't second-class citizens.
Yes, $12/yr for each additional mailbox.
Ask. If it's not in scope we can discuss pricing, but most reasonable requests don't cost extra.
Prorated refund, full stop. And I'll help you migrate — nothing worse than being stranded by someone who ghosted.
No problem, we do Managed Domain hosting as well
Unfortunately, No. Some domains (like .io and .ai) are premium and cost extra. However, many unique domains like .app & .tech & .store are included. Contact us to discuss a specific TLD
Support
Usually same day, often within an hour during business hours. We email or message you back when we can.
Email/message us immediately. We will investigate and work it until it's fixed.
Yes, by appointment. Sometimes a 5-minute call saves a lot of back-and-forth messages.
